Our work spans across residential redevelopment to highly complex new build projects. Our sector experience includes retail, commercial, aviation, residential, industrial, health, and education.
Our primary service is helping our clients realise their property and project goals, typically in the form of an end-to-end project management advisory service and applying our 20+ years of project management consulting experience.
We also provide building consultancy services, including planned preventative maintenance strategies for larger property portfolios to better manage their ongoing maintenance costs and when necessary resolving reactive maintenance requirements.
We offer our services directly to private and government clients, whilst also offering sub-contract project management services to larger Management Consultancies, Property Developers, and Architectural Practices.
